Lot's of author's do it. They push, push, push until nobody wants to hear it anymore. I've done it myself. Trying to get your book out and into the reader's hands is a tricky business, but the question is - how do you do it, unless you tell them about it? Well, there are several ways to look at it, and one of the best articles that I've found that talks about the 'big push' is amazing.
